**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. You must have strong manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination. You will perform well-defined visual procedures and processes, often following written documentation or visual aids. After training, you will use various injection and compression machines, hand trim parts, and use measurement gauges to verify or discern the quality of products being produced on automatic/manual equipment. The ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various injection and compression machines.
+ Hand trim parts and use measurement gauges to verify product quality.
+ Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
+ Maintain a safe and efficient work area.
+ Set up and monitor production processes.
+ Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
**Essential Skills**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.
+ Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.
+ Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience as a machine operator is desired but not required.
+ Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.
+ Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively.
+ Ability to collaborate with others while also being self-motivated and independent.
+ Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues.
+ Troubleshooting skills to address any challenges that may arise.

**Work Environment**
This position is on the 1st shift, with regular hours from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Overtime may be required, with employees coming in at 4:30 am for 10-hour shifts. The work environment involves operating machinery and performing repetitive tasks. Safety and efficiency are prioritized, and we encourage active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
