**$24/hr**

**6pm-6am Rotating 223 Schedule**

**(work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days)**

**Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Operator to oversee machinery and ensure its efficient operation in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of industrial machinery. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Set up machines (e.g., lathes, mills, presses) according to specifications.

2. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.

3. Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and optimize production efficiency.

4. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.

5. Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance to prevent downtime.

6. Clean machines and work areas regularly to maintain a safe and organized environment.

7. Document production and operational data accurately.

8. Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

9. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

10. Continuously improve skills and knowledge of machinery and processes.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as an Industrial Machine Operator or similar role.

2. Technical knowledge of machinery operation and/or maintenance.

3. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

5. Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

7. Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
