Job Description:
Our client, Hearthside Foods is seeking a machine operator to join their team. As a machine operator, you will be part of the production team supporting 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have good attendance, previous machine operator experience and leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine OperatorLocation: Lakeville, MNPay Range: $21.25-$22.50What's the Job?
  • Responsible for work assignment, monitoring, training, recording line productivity, quality results, pallet completions, and related activities to support production activities.
  • Perform periodic product and process quality checks to ensure material is not defective or damaged and that material is appropriate to customer specifications.
  • Maintain record of materials and product on the line, check tag inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with Production Supervisor on line performance, employee performance, quality issues, and other daily needs.
  • Make minor adjustments to production equipment.

  • Understand verbal and written instructions in English
  • Basic Math skills, Addition & Subtraction
  • Ability to delegate and direct
  • Ability to handle several tasks concurrently
  • Basic computer skills
