Machine Operator FULL-TIME

$16/hr

Wage is $16-$18 depending on experience.

Coordinates and leads the activities for a designated work area, ensuring efficient and effective operation.

Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for efficient machinery operation

Assist with machinery operation to meet production demands

Inspect materials, products, and machinery for quality assurance

Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity

Oversee production to ensure targets are met

Guide team on processes, policies, and improvement opportunities

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Adhere to 5S standards for cleanliness and organization

Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 11:00PM Shift length: 8 hours Monday - Friday, 3 Saturdays a month. Sundays optional
