- Set up and operate both conventional and CNC machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Handle complex parts requiring meticulous precision.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and optimize production efficiency.
- Participate in Lean Enterprise, Quality, Safety, and Productivity initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Hands-on machine operation experience.
- Technical school certification or completed apprenticeship (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
