DescriptionMachine OperatorAllstate Can, a division of The Ohio Art Company, is in need of a Machine Operator. This position will require work on-site 4 nights a week with overtime potential on weekends. (Mon - Thur 6am-4:30pm)Key Responsibilities:Prepare machines for operation by adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring all components are in place.Operate machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.Monitor machines during operation to ensure they function correctly.Ensure products are made to quality standards.Perform routine maintenance procedures on equipment to prevent breakdowns and uphold peak performance standards.Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting and timely repairs.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for yourself and others.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a machine operator, with at least 2-3 years experience or similar role.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Experience with hand and power tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.Successful candidates must display a willingness to work overtime hours as needed and possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Benefits:Medical insurancePaid vacation11 paid holidaysI.A.M National Pension Fund#J-18808-Ljbffr
