We want to hear from you!Essential Functions: The operator's primary responsibility is molding quality parts to support the Company mission To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions and quality products on time. Â Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructionsReview Work OrderOperate press to produce molded partsFollow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks, and any required SPC as directed by team leader.Visually inspect each molded part.Clip and trim molded parts.Pack molded part in boxes.Advise next operator of any information about press or molded parts.Follow all safety guidelines and rulesMaintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills: Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs.Good mechanical ability and attention to detailAbility to learn quickly Preferred Skills: Experience on the use of measuring tools helpfulPrior manufacturing experienceSelf-motivated team player Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Position has a variety of shifts.
