- Set up, operate, and maintain portioning, conveying, and cooking equipment to achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety.
- Perform quality checks, including temperature, weight, size, and appearance, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth production.
- Complete daily production paperwork accurately and on time.
- Train and assist new operator associates in production processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and OSHA standards.

What We're Looking For:
- Six months of related experience in manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills, including knowledge of systems like ShopLogix and Safety Chain.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 70 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in CCP1 and/or CCP2 is a plus.
Work Environment
- Regular exposure to wet, humid conditions, and moving machinery.
- May encounter extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and loud noise levels.
- Proper protective equipment provided to ensure safety
