Your proficiency in operating machinery will be instrumental in maintaining peak efficiency and upholding our commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:* Produce Stampings by processing metal through hydraulic press, safely, within specified tolerances.* Inspect completed parts for conformance to standards and tolerances.* Report non-conforming parts to supervisor / QC staff.* Maintain focus and attention on press at all times while in operation.* Communicate needs with material handlers.* Remove scrap and maintain organized work area.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Previous experience operating punch press is desired but not required.* Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.* Must be capable of communicating effectively with production team and department supervisors.* High School Diploma or Equivalent* Safety conscious at all times.* Ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds.* Reliable transportation to and from work.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:* Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.* Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.* Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.* Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).* Stand 100 % of the day.BENEFITS:* Full medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
