Main St., Suite B, Anderson, SC 29621) has walk-in hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM!What We Offer* $19.00 - $24.00 per hour* 3rd shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM* Health benefits, including telehealth medical services* Climate-controlled facility* Opportunity for advancement* Unlimited referral bonusesWhat We're Looking For* High school diploma or GED preferred* 3+ year(s) of experience in production machinery setup and operation* Exceptional mechanical aptitude* Basic computer skills and exposure to CNC machinery* Capacity to comprehend, follow instructions, multi-task, and work independently* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization* Capacity to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, utilize excellent visual acuity (corrected) and manual dexterity, wear required PPE, and lift 50 poundsWhat You'll Do as a Machine Operator* Set up and operate various production machinery to complete customer orders according to blueprint specifications* Run a bank of machines, owning changeovers and setups* Ensure quality and production goals are achieved* Operate grinders* Move materials as needed* Establish good housekeeping practices and maintain Environmental, Quality, and Quantity (EQQ) requirements* Perform other tasks as assigned
