Adecco is recruiting associates for a Machine Operator position located in Woodstock, NY.These jobs are temp to hire after 90 days opportunities.**Available Shifts:**· Monday-Friday - 7:00AM-3:30PM· Monday-Friday - 3:30pm-12:00am Overtime as Needed**Responsibilities for** **material handlers include but are not limited to: **· Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.· Mount, align and secure work holding, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.· Load parts and cycle machine to ensure optimal efficiency and conformance.· Machine work holding for replacement tooling and or new product /work with engineering tool design.· Basic shop math calculations work to tight tolerances· Interpret part drawings and process instructions.· Measure and inspect part features per drawing to ensure conformance and detect defects using precision instruments using basic gaging and inspection tools (i.e. Dial Calipers, Gage Pins, Micrometers)· Recognize and understand nonconformance, work with engineering and quality dept to resolve issues.· Record information or data describing work performed or defects found.· Follow all safety policies and procedures, including required PPE.· Work overtime as required (mandatory at times) by the business.· Maintain established standards of quality, productivity & attendance.· Able to work in a high-volume production environment.· Performs other related tasks as assigned.**What's in this for you?**· Weekly paycheck· Pay Rate: $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience· Monday-Friday schedule· A warehouse environment with climate control and casual dress standards· Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)· Bonus incentives offered for referrals· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses**Qualifications:**· High School degree or GED CertificateEquivalent experience minimum 1 years on the job training preferred, however, willing to train· Familiar with Mil specifications in the aerospace industry preferredFamiliar with ISO 9000 requirements preferred· Driven and self-motivated, effective verbal and written communicator· Flexible/adaptable in a changing environment· Ability to take constructive feedback on opportunities.· Displays good judgement - quality & safety.· Ability to learn and apply new skills.**Must-Haves:**· Must be able to pass drug screening and background check**CANDIDATES WITH LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!****Pay Details:** $22.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
