Position Summary:The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production operations. This includes operating machinery to produce, package, and ship products in accordance with work order specifications. The ideal candidate is quality-focused, team-oriented, and accountable, capable of meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines for dye sublimation, flatbed printing, packaging, and shipping.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, including books, cards, calendars, and other printed materials.
• Adhere to production timelines and customer service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist supervisors and area leads in daily production tasks and problem-solving.
• Work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Accurately maintain timecards and production records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate various types of machinery and comprehend written and oral work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards under pressure.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn new skills, and provide assistance in other areas as needed.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Ability to bend, stand, and move for extended periods.
• Hearing ability sufficient for communication and machine operation.
