Job Summary:6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating Shifts)
Description:We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator tooperate and oversee web offset press equipment, ensuring product quality and production efficiency. This position involves performing equipment setups, adjustments, and quality checks while leading and motivating assigned crewmembers to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain equipment associated with converting operations.
- Perform equipment adjustments, tests, and conversions to meet production requirements.
- Motivate and lead crewmembers to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and SQF standards.
- Test and inspect products to maintain consistent quality and operational standards.
- Verify and communicate product and work standards to execute production goals effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other organizational duties as required.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of make-ready operations, technical equipment operation, and computer skills.
- Experience as an assistant operator is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills.
