Job Title: Thermoforming OperatorJob DescriptionThe Machine Operator sustains knowledge, skills, and abilities required for operating and maintaining equipment and processes. The role involves operating, checking, and monitoring related utilities, troubleshooting process control systems, and managing inventory and shipping using computer systems. Responsibilities also include controlling safety, security, and environmental discharges, performing preventive maintenance, and working collaboratively with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.
Responsibilities- Operate and troubleshoot process control systems related to molded fiber and packaging.
- Receive material into the warehouse and ship final production while managing quality, costs, and usages.
- Utilize computer systems for inventory and shipping as required.
- Control safety, security, and plan with maintenance work, contractors, and area visitors.
- Ensure compliance with environmental discharges and good manufacturing practices.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility.
- Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels and maintain a respectful work environment.
- Assist other areas of the plant as required by the production schedule.
