Responsibilities Primary Job Functions Support all safety related policies throughout the facility. Support all quality initiatives. Support the roll of the Operations Manager. Report any and all incidents to the Operations Manager immediately. Support all Management decisions as it relates to Production policies and procedures. Support production teams and extend training to employees across all shifts as requested by the Operations Manager. Inventory of production related parts, IE: Ink, Dr Blades, print mats ext. Direct daily activities as it relates to production schedule and including railcar unloading direction as well. Fill in on the production floor from time to time as needed for brakes and meetings. Fill in for Operations Manager when they are not here or on vacation. Engage all employees with a friendly demeanor at all times, show utmost respect to all employees on the production floor. Support maintenance with lines being scheduled back to production and setup in a timely manner.
