You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, replenishing necessary materials, and confirming the quality of our product throughout the production process. If you are attentive to details, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are a quick learner with a technical aptitude, this could be a great match!Responsibilities:Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shiftSet up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be usedVisually inspect production run and document results, confirming quality of product throughout productionDetermine and report malfunctions, safety hazards, and product defects to supervisor or managerMaintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to uphold safety and performance standardsRequirements:Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipmentMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift 50 poundsApply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!Base pay range is $18.98 to $29.20 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
