Machine Operators- All Shifts

Nesco Resource is looking for Machine Operators in Southington, CT. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. Availability on all 3 shifts. OT and Saturdays might be required depending on production needs. We're looking for candidates who are seeking a career and not just a job!

Pay Range:

$18.00-$21.00/hour depending on experience and shift 1 st Shift Hours:6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday- Friday 2 nd Shift Hours: 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday- Friday 3 rd Shift Hours: 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Sunday- Thursday

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate machines within a clean room environment.
• Troubleshoot machines if problems occur.
• Monitor and make necessary adjustments to the machines throughout the shift.
• Pro-actively look for preventative maintenance to limit downtime.
• Complete any necessary assembly work as needed.
• Visual inspection of finished parts.
• Document manufacturing process.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience with troubleshooting machines.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Previous quality/inspection experience preferred.
