Job DescriptionOverview: As a Setter in a world-class manufacturing facility, you'll play a pivotal role in producing drug delivery devices for the pharmaceutical industry. Join a team of dedicated manufacturing professionals. This is an opportunity for a night shift position. Pay: $28-$35/hr Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the startup, operation, and maintenance of molding and assembly equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company and customer specifications.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of products, identifying and addressing any defects to maintain the highest quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the company's 5S standards for efficiency and safety.
- Load and configure validated master cycle parameters into injection molding machines, ensuring accurate and consistent production.
- Program and align automated and robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor to mid-size issues in the production processes, escalating complex problems to higher-level technicians or maintenance personnel as needed.
- Conduct assembly start-up batches and shots for product changes or new versions, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent quality.
- Adhere to and support all company policies, including ISO standards, health and safety requirements, continuous improvement, GMP, and standard work procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 90% of the shift.
- Physical dexterity to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab, and climb as required.
- Satisfactory vision testing results to meet the job's requirements.
- Knowledge of injection molding and/or robotics is advantageous.
