Mechanical skills OR aptitude. Willingness and ability to complete basic production paperwork by hand (e.g., part number, quantity)Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Capability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform repetitive hand and finger movements. Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot or cold), with smoking allowed in most production areas. Interest in learning a new skill. Willingness to work in an environment where personal cell phone use is not permitted.
