Job Description:

We are a fast-paced CNC Machine Shop that uses innovative software and hardware. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high-complexity, dynamic work environment.As a Senior QC Inspector, the ideal candidate will ensure that the CNC machined parts maintain the highest level of quality.Responsibilities:Work independently to accomplish visual and dimensional mechanical inspection processes with minimal supervision to the quality industry and department standards, while adhering to best safety practices.Be able to read and interpret engineering-level mechanical drawings containing schematics and specifications.Be able to establish accept/reject criteria and revision status from blueprints.Be able to independently conduct the first article and final inspection processes confirming compliance to specifications in a fast-paced environment.Identify and document non-conformance.Notify appropriate personnel of potential rejection of products.Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, and correctly and carefully inputting data into the quality database.Accomplish inspection-related tasks as directed by the quality department or upper management.Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, and perform other duties as necessary.Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.Be a participant in team member training.Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.Perform other duties as necessary.Skills & Qualifications:FARO ARM Programming Experience.Good verbal and written communication is required.Proficiency in GD&T.Experience in metrology.Experience with metal finishing processes.Experience with calibration.Familiarity with both metric and imperial unit systems.Working knowledge of inspection equipment required (calipers, micrometers, custom gages, pins) is required.General knowledge of CAD software (Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks).Computer literacy (MS Office and/or G Suite) and ability to work in a team environment.Experience with machining operations is a plus.You care about developing real-world solutions for complex problems; you're a creative, critical thinker, and you thrive on new challenges.
