Job Description $20.00 + $3/hr shift premium = $23.00 per hour!Position Summary Safely and efficiently support production in accordance with machine shop and standard work processes, by the utilization of standardized work to ensure product quality. Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operates lasers, press break, punch press, spot welder and other machine shop equipment.
- Operation of machine shop machinery and all related duties such as cleaning, routine maintenance, trouble shooting, problems, etc.
- Utilize machine shop processes, equipment and work standards.
- Supports standardize work processes and team oriented goals.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Understands the importance and necessity of the 5-Gen principle process.
- Participates in 5s activities.
- Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience
- English language competency and legible writing ability.
- Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous machine shop experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Kubota products and machine shop process.
- Basic blue print reading.
