100% on site Arvada, CO 80007

$35 - $45/hr

4x10 (6:00am - 4:30pm M-Th) (can make it 5:00am - 3:30pm OR 4:00am - 2:30pm if need be)

Day to Day:

A rapidly expanding worldwide Manufacturing company is looking for an on-site (NON Travelling) 1st shift

Machine Tool Service Engineer 6:00am - 4:30pm M-Th) (can make it 5:00am - 3:30pm OR 4:00am - 2:30pm if need be) for permanent placement in Arvada, CO. They will play a crucial role in the troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines, including preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include 40% scheduled maintenance, 40% non-predictive maintenance, and 20% emergent repair. You will use tool manuals and technical documents to troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems, as well as planning and scheduling scheduled maintenance procedures in conjunction with the production schedule. Other responsibilities include testing and adjusting parts. Candidates must be comfortable with GD&T in order to confirm the machine positioning is reflected properly on the control display. On Call 1 week per month.

Must Haves:

HS Diploma/GED

Ability to regularly crawl into and under equipment

7+ years of experience in CNC Controls Maintenance experience

Experience using GD&T to confirm machine positioning is reflected properly on controls display

Strong Communication skills

Proven ability to maintain tenure in previous positions

Plusses:

Naval, Air Force technical schools

Experience working on a team
