- Produce to specification according to engineered drawing. >> Assessment indicator : Scrap

- Look for improvement to reduce scrap and respect production time. >> Assessment indicator : CONQ / GM
- Detect machining failure and search for corrective actions. >> Assessment indicator : Metrics
- Work in accordance with safety instructions thanks to housecleaning and 5S actions. >> Assessment indicator : Number of accidents
- Ensure equipment maintenance. >> Assessment indicator : Metrics
- Be the technical support for machine tool operator team. >> Assessment indicator : Machine tool operators managed
