Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.
• Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans.
• Configure and operate CNC mills and lathes, including setting up tools and entering instructions.
• Verify settings and maintain specifications through measurements and quality assurance procedures.
• Troubleshoot processes, edit programs, and maintain equipment as needed.
• Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Load machines with work pieces and produce machined parts to specifications.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in machining; skilled-trades certification preferred
• Proficiency in conventional and CNC equipment, with ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience in tooling for blow molding processes and mold modification
• Competence in both metric and inch systems
• Must possess personal hand tools for job performance
