Job Title: Machinist Job Description Seeking a 1st shift set up machinist. The machinist will be working in the CNC department, mounting their own parts, collaborating with toolmakers to create fixtures, changing tooling and tool paths, hand beveling parts, and performing machine setups. The role also includes maintaining a clean workspace, moving parts to shipping, and handing off work to second shift operators.
Hard Skills - Minimum 3 years machining experience
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to inspect own work with mics, cals, gauges
Job Type This is a permanent position.
Work Environment Large CNC department, working with a smaller team of about 15 people. Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
