- Perform linear and contour machining per layout directions or profile and contour programs.
- Machine parts to meet customer standards while minimizing waste.
- Verify job setups to ensure accuracy.
- Understand and work with die designs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- CNC operating/programming experience is required.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in automotive tooling if no degree or certificate.
- Familiarity with Smirt Die Shop and Die NC for linear work is preferred.
- Experience with GD&T is a plus.
- MUST have experience with LARGE automotive mills
As a Machinist, you'll be tasked with setting up and operating both vertical and horizontal milling machines.
