We are looking for CNC Machinists to join our team in Lockport, NY.Responsibilities: Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine correct machining techniques and methods of operation on CNC machines. Perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, grinding, sawing, turning. Check the quality of parts being made on site. Check the workmanship of each part being made on site. Understand and follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner. Work overtime as required to meet production needs. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
