Machinist - Technical Customer Support
Looking for an experienced Machinist to help support our Advanced Supply customers with their tooling/tool crib inventory systems.

Machinist - Technical Customer Support Responsibilities
* Assess and collect customer tooling information at customer locations.
* Source tooling products, check pricing and delivery per customer requirements.
* Work as part of the installation team to install tool crib inventory software and hardware and train customers on the software.
* Organize customer tool cribs, take a complete tool crib inventory, and enter the inventory into software.
* Perform software maintenance and upgrades. Assist all existing customers with software and hardware support as needed.
* Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.
Machinist - Technical Customer Requirements
* 3+ years of Tool Room/Machining experience working with cutting tools
* Professional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work as a team or independently
* Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
* Proficient PC/computer skills - especially Microsoft Excel
* M - F, 7am - 4pm with occasional overtime
* 40% travel, car or airplane
* Valid Driver's license & acceptable driving record
