Machinists wanted!! This is in our Conway, New Hampshire division, Tee Enterprises. Minimum 3-5 years' experience.2-manual Machinists with Proto Trak experience.1- with G code or Hurco CNC/Mill and willing to learn Water Jetting1-with CNC Lathe experience.Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with potential overtime.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Program, setup, operate and shut down CNC milling machines following established procedures and all manufacturer safety requirements.Confirm that all safety devices are in place and operational.Perform daily maintenance and safety checks.Maintain log of preventive maintenance on a daily/weekly schedule according to manufacturer recommendations.Position work piece against stops securely.Measure work-piece dimensions throughout the operation to assure quality and repeatability.Design or recommend tooling to perform the job more efficiently.Select, position, and align tooling in machine tool holder and confirm they are secured in place as well as sharpening and maintaining tooling for peak performance.Notify the Production Manager of worn or broken tooling.Adjust set specified pressure and tool clearance.Set cut dimensions using computer controls from print details.Alert supervisor of any problems and suggest changes that will allow jobs to run more efficiently.Observe tool and machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.Maintain tooling inventory including consumables along with maintaining material storage.Keep work area neat and orderly, including clean-up of metal chips.Consider pallet weight and stacking methods to maintain safe capacity.Maintain machine coolant as required.Miscellaneous duties as assigned to help Prescott achieve its goals.Inspection Requirements:Verify material type, thickness, and quantity.Check for any material defects or damage.Verify grain direction if applicable.Verify correct orientation of all pieces.Check all hole sizes on first piece to verify correct tooling setup.Check first piece counter bore size, counter sink size and thread size.Minimum Qualifications/Technical Knowledge Required:High school/technical school diploma or equivalent.Prior Machinist experience 3-5 years.Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to interpret Job Travelers (work orders).Understand (BOM) Bill of Materials.Ability to identify material types and gauges.Understand job specifications to determine adjustments.Benefits:401(k) with company matchDental planVision plan3 Medical plansEmployee only coverage for medical $2,500 deductible plan is $37.04 per weekCompany offers a medical plan option employee pays $0.00 premium for $5,000 deductible medical plan.$2,000 Deductible plan with an HSA and employer contribution.Company pays 100% for employee-only tier dental plan (additional cost to cover dependents), $10,000 Basic Life insurance, and short-term disability.Voluntary Long-term disabilityVoluntary Life insurance buy up to guarantee issue of $100,000Legal ShieldAccident and critical illness insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
