Help us uphold our standards of quality and innovation as we strive to impact our community positively.OVERVIEWThe Bakery Crew Member will be directly responsible for day to day production within and attached to Mack's Bingo Bakery. This position is integral in delivering, what we believe, are some of the best baked goods in the region. Your commitment to quality baked products and a rich team culture will ensure the bakery's outstanding reputation, aligning with Farms Work Wonders' broader mission.This role reports directly to the Bakery Manager and Bakery Assistant Manager.MUST-HAVES
- Working with youth: Contribute to a welcoming environment where youth can explore their interests while being supported with relationships and opportunities.
- Basic baking knowledge/experience: some experience in standard procedures of baked goods in a large or small scale kitchen.
- Curiosity and learning mindset: Ability to take and give constructive feedback.
- Commitment to quality: Uphold consistency and the bakery's creative vision.
- Collaborative mindset: Work effectively within the bakery and restaurant teams

- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness and ability to commute or relocate to Wardensville, WV if necessary.
WORK SCHEDULEFull-time & part time positions available. This is a year-round position requiring weekend and holiday availability. This position is expected to work up to 40 hours per week for full time candidates and up to 32 hours per week for part time candidates. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis is a non-exempt position with a starting hourly rate of $18.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Full time team members are offered a comprehensive benefits package including medical and life insurance, a generous paid time off policy, bereavement leave, and discounts at our enterprises.Part time team members are offered discounts at our enterprises.We have a standard ninety (90) day orientation period that allows you to decide if we meet your expectations and for us to ensure you can perform the job assigned to you.
