They are the 'go to' person to assist an employee or visitor with any need related to their campus experience. This role supports all facets of the Magenta Experience team, including Reception, Sr Magenta Ambassadors, and Community & Engagement.This position is in the office Monday-Friday, 5 days/week.Job Responsibilities:Provide a T-Mobile signature experience to all visitors and employees. Anticipates customer needs and proactively creates a lasting quality impression.Create and maintain a broad group of customer connections ensuring a hospitality experience on campus.Support our Receptionist, covering lunches, breaks, and PTO. In this role, responsibilities include greeting and checking in visitors in alignment with T-Mobile policies and procedures.Assist with tasks and small projects supporting the campus experience. Responsibilities could include floor resets, paint walks, mother's room inspections, etc.Assist in the delivery of employee events for the Community & Engagement Team.This role is a brand ambassador that passionately represents T-Mobile and its pillars, including through communication support channels. They support their assigned building(s), Microsoft Teams channels, responding to, and working to resolve employee issues.Enters work orders and follows up to confirm status and completion with Facilities team in defined SLAs.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDBachelor's Degree in Hotel, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field a plusUp to 2 years work experience in the service or hospitality industry, such as hotels, catering, restaurants, retail, etc.Ability to deliver quality customer service.Proficient in using Microsoft Office.Ability to create good cross-functional relationships.Strong communication skills.Customer approach mentality.Minimum Requirements:At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel: Travel Required (Yes/No): NoDOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoBase Pay Range: $15.07 - $27.19Corporate Bonus Target: 5%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
