IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management Services.Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, Pet Insurance and Bonus IncentivesHourly Compensation:$13.00 - $13.00 USD per hrly (DOE)Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMLocation: This amazing opportunity is located in the North HoustonKingwood, TX areaResponsibilitiesThe Mail Center Support Associate position will perform various mail related duties including shipping & receiving, processing and delivering inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, and etc. Additional responsibilities include:Sorting and distribution of incoming / outgoing mailProcessing inbound and outbound shipments for deliveryOperating mail and duplicating equipmentMetering outbound postal mailHandling time-sensitive material, confidential, urgent packagesMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeTaking direction from Supervisor or ManagerQualificationsThe qualifications for the Mail Center Support Associate position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career.
