Its postgraduate medical education programs include family medicine and transitional year. Job Summary Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail in a cost effective method. Pickup and delivery of in house mail. Minimum Qualifications •Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. •Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of experience •Substitutable Education & Experience: None •Required Certifications/Licensure: Valid SC Driver's License required with acceptable driving record •Required Training: None Essential Functions

  • Sort mail for hospital, district and patients distribution. Pick up and deliver as needed.
  • Notify volunteers when patient mail is ready.
  • Open and stamp all checks received in mail.
  • Distribute mail and checks.
  • Process all outgoing mail.
  • Assure that equipment is properly maintained. Assures money is in postage by phone account at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintains all accounts with enough money for all departments.
  • Requires training for all personnel on folder inserter and postage equipment.
  • Assures hospital compliance with USPS regulations.
  • Assures cost efficient processing (presort).
  • Prepares monthly report.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
