Job Description:
The Mail Clerk will provide mailroom support services campus wide as well as clerical support to the Facilities Department. The general responsibilities of this position are listed below.
Responsibilities
* Maintains the mailroom
* Receive and sort mail for distribution
* Process and send outgoing mail and packages
* Coordinates the receiving of packages
* Coordinates the delivery of packages
* Assists with in-house printing
* Business card ordering
* Monthly reporting of billbacks to Facilities Coordinator
* Invoice processing to the Facilities Coordinator
* Supervises Student Workers and creates their schedule
* Assist the Facilities Coordinator
Requirements and Skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred
* Ability to learn the Quadient Mailroom Software (Training Provided)
* Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance
* Highly self-sufficient worker with the ability to problem solve quickly
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30am
* Ability to remain flexible during some Holidays
* Must have valid Driver's License
* High School Diploma or GED Required
