Check arrival, departure and who's here report to process mail correctly. Ensure files are accurately maintained. Receive mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis; distributes mail appropriately. Process all certified, registered and returning mail. Handle all calls regarding mail. Other duties as assigned.
