Your day-to-day duties will be different daily as you will work on time-sensitive, multifunctional tasks. You'll work as part of a team and must be a dependable, openminded, proactive, multitasker who is eager to learn.What you will be doing: Presort and process outgoing mail. Carry out established procedures in handling incoming and outgoing mail, arranging it by various criteria, scanning and distributing it and operating equipment associated with mail activities. Verify documents and research inquiries related to incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensures checks are bundled and run through remittance processing equipment in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Retrieve historical and current records according to the established procedures and delivery methods.
Retrieve files for return mail, sort and distribute according to internal procedures. Responsible for operating various applications and equipment. Works within limited time requirements.
