Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds at times.

Must be able to traverse the office facilities to pick up mail several times of day.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must have a verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities: recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as mail totes/boxes/pallets etc.

Position Summary:

Sort and Deliver mail via walking or using a van.

Tracking, tracing and updating the status of shipments using SQBX system/scanners.

Pick up departmental mail daily.

Operate Mailroom machinery postage meter, photocopying machine/Fax.

Accountable for mail received, vendor deliveries, verify shipments.

Process outgoing Mail Pickups and deliver according to service schedules.

Assists with acceptance and delivery of packages from carriers.

Cross Train in various department functions and buildings.
