About the Opportunity Role is focused on the mailroom - stockroom: cleaning, organizing and loving this type of work - making something from nothing. Assisting with the facilities work of inventory - stocking the break areas, etc. helping with moving: Boxing, labeling, moving items and other facilities requests.

Selected candidates must be flexible to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to support the project and not be above any tasks.
In this role, you will:
Office Operations (100%) Provide administrative support and functions to include mail/packages, large meeting setup and breakdown, common space and amenity upkeep Maintain the maintenance of onsite equipment and systems, troubleshooting issues and working with vendors to ensure proper function of the space and its equipment Maintain adherence to onsite policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and engaging office environment Serve as the backup point of contact for the NYO Office, sitting at the main reception desk and assisting with visitors and general office requests
