The Mailroom Associate is the first processor for all incoming mail. This position requires you to work both independently and as a team, while maintaining productivity and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability. The schedule is 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is performed fully in person in our Glen Mills, PA office. This role is a temp to perm employment opportunity and we offer a quick growth path, including additional base pay and benefits after requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and process incoming mail.
  • Remove mail contents from envelopes.
  • Count and organize mailing contents.
  • Review scanned data images for accuracy.
  • Enter data from scanned images.
  • Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong typing, computing, and data entry skills.
  • Type 50 wpm or better.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Use repeated hand, finger, and wrist motions.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Pay: $14 - 16 / hour
