Job Title: Mailroom Clerk Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our mailing operations, ensuring that all mail is processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities - Maintain and update customer mailing lists and databases.
- Utilize Excel to organize and manage mailing data.
- Generate mailing lists from the database and prepare them for distribution.
- Load mailing information into our printing and mailing equipment.
- Ensure all mail is processed accurately and meets company standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless mailing operations.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate mailing equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment is a plus.
