The Mail Clerk manages daily mail operations, including the timely collection, sorting, and distribution of internal and external mail for the hospital and its satellite offices, while operating and maintaining mail room equipment to ensure efficient processing and troubleshooting any issues as they arise. This role delivers exceptional customer service by providing responsive, accurate, and friendly interactions with all staff and departments. This position will also act as a back up for the Courier position. The courier delivers essential medical supplies and equipment, and handles the pick-up of laboratory specimens, medical waste, and laundry to and from satellite physician offices while operating independently with flexibility while ensuring timely and efficient service.
