The Multi-Channel Print-Mail organization provides print and mail production, transactional documentation, and print-on-demand services to clients in various sectors, including health, retail, public, manufacturing, and finance. As a Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate, you will report to the Quality Compliance and Audit Manager and play a vital role in ensuring all quality assurance (QA) activities are executed efficiently to meet the required standards. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office and have an average typing speed of 30 WPM. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and flexible multitasker who is an excellent communicator capable of motivating and influencing coworkers to consistently meet the needs of both the client and the business. WORKSITE: 70 Broadway, Lynnfield, MA WORK SCHEDULE: 4 AM to 12:30 PM (flexible with earlier shifts such as 3 AM to 11:30 AM) WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.
- Provide critical information for audits, and analyze data and documentation.
- Ensure all required documentation meets security compliance and audit control standards, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, spreadsheets, and data analytics.
- Perform and document monthly reviews of associates' access (both data and physical) and ensure adherence to additional security requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to identify the interface of key activities within and between different organizational functions.
- Monitor and ensure completion of all corporate-directed training within targeted timelines.
- Meet performance targets for other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume digital print mail facility.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
