Job Title: Mailroom/Print Room Supervisor
Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the print shop.
Lead and manage a team of print shop associates.
Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment.
Develop and implement efficient workflows.
Manage budgets and control costs.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Train and mentor staff on print production processes.
Ensure safety protocols are followed.
Analyze production data and generate reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in marketing or design or equivalent experience required.
+ 3-5 years demonstrated Print Shop/mail room Experience required.
+ At least 2 years direct supervision experience required OR Previous direct supervision experience highly desired.
