Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide application support by monitoring and managing the performance of multiple applications, including those on mainframe and cloud environments.
• Execute and oversee batch processing using industry-standard tools like AutoSys, ensuring all scheduled jobs run smoothly and on time.
• Participate in problem and incident management by investigating production issues, navigating system logs, and troubleshooting to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with teams located in India and coordinate with internal business users to address application-related concerns.
• Assist with technical refresh activities, application migrations, and business continuity planning (BCP) tasks.
