Maintenance 2 Tech - Painter
: Job Details :

Under general supervision, the Maintenance 2 Technician performs semi-skilled work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; can perform plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work. This particular position will be our in-house painter and needs to be proficient in drywall, texture, and painting.

As the Maintenance 2 Technician-Painter, you will help keep our buildings and common areas looking fresh with paint, texture, and drywall touch-ups and repairs. You will also do full repaints when required. When not maintaining common areas, you would be doing general resident work orders.

**Temporary Fulltime Position with potential for permanent FT position**

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Pay range: $19-$26/hour depending on experience
