This role allows you the ability to work in different capacities throughout the facility. 2nd shift available, $17/hr. + based on experience. This is a temp-to-hire position. This is not a Facilities Maintenance position.

Job Description:
2nd shift maintenance may need to train on 1st shift for a short time but can be discussed at interview.
Needs
- Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Maintenance experience with any kind of machines, manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Maintaining and repairing all large equipment.
- This person will be managed by our Maintenance Manager that works 1st shift, so they need to be independent in how they work. Direction will be given but there needs to be motivation.
- Willing to train the right person. Attitude, ability, work history, and personal interests will be considered and evaluated.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout the facility and property.
- Monitor work requests and ensure timely completion.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime on weekends.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Other duties as assigned.
