We are a team of mission-driven engineers and operators with experience across aerospace, robotics and self-driving cars working to make this future a reality.As a Maintenance Admin Assistant you will be part of the Maintenance team and report directly to the Director of Maintenance. Your role will be critical in maintaining operational integrity and in performing routine, preventive, and scheduled maintenance, and repairs on a Cessna 208 aircraft.
ResponsibilitiesWill include maintaining a system of records to assure proper time control information regarding airframe, components, accessories, appliances, airworthiness directives, and others as required. Inventory control and management of parts, shipping, receiving, and warranties. The buying of aircraft parts, equipment, materials, and tooling required to support the company aircraft and maintenance facilities. Audit aircraft logs, master logs, file the aircraft work packages and provide company reports.Basic Success Criteria
