Summary and Objective Under the general direction of the Director of 145 Maintenance, the Maintenance Administrator will provide direct and continuous support of the MRO maintenance operations.   • Facilitate communication between internal departments, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements using independent judgment.
  • Prepare and manage reports, including data analysis and development of strategic talking points.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance floor employees, fostering open communication and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Serve as recording secretary for meetings, handling complex technical and regulatory discussions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain office supplies inventory, including uniform ordering.
  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support, resolving concerns and complaints.
  • Assist with executive presentations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of materials and reports.
  • Manage payroll and timecard accounting, and oversee information distribution.
  • Facilitate the maintenance onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Coordinate and plan MRO events to support departmental objectives.
  • Develop and utilize efficient filing and retrieval systems.
  • Handle customer and vendor interactions.
  • Handle emergency situations or crises within the maintenance department with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Initiate continuous improvement projects and coordinate specific maintenance projects.
  • Act as a partner to HR, ensuring alignment of policies and procedures and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Make sound judgment calls and use common sense to address unexpected challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide assistance with recruiting needs and participate in the hiring process as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably with at least 5 years.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
Preferred education and experience
  • Associates Degree in Administration or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years Aerospace/ Aeronautics Experience
  • Prior experience with Corridor
