This is an industrial maintenance position responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment throughout the facility. You'll need to be comfortable working at heights.Responsibilities:- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are followed and a priority- Ensure that good housekeeping practices are conducted in the job areas and on the grounds- Troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment- Install or modify mechanical and electrical equipment following the proper codes, using manuals, schematic diagrams, and other specifications- Assist operational personnel as needed for operational tasks that are needed to successfully support production.- Ensure proficiency by using precision measuring devices, for example, feeler gauges, dial indicators, and calipers- Assist maintenance teams in need, in other departments across the mill when circumstances arisePreferred skills that they are looking for: - Ability to maintain and troubleshoot VFD motor control systems- Basic PLC programming experience- Ability to use mechanical ingenuity and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment in a safe and efficient manner- Adaptability to changes in job duties and an eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge- Reliable team player with good communication skills- Highly motivated, self-directed, and willing to put in extra hours when needed- Experienced with mobile equipmentThey will train if you do not have experience with PLCs and VFD motor control systems.Base salary $80 - $95K Job 57586
