Responsibilities Snapshot:
- Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Assist with maintaining material and supply inventory
- Keeping administrator up to date with outstanding projects and needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience working in a hospital, home care facility, or assisted living facility is preferred
- Property, building, or housekeeping experience is preferred
